CATC offers low-income transportation services in the Casper, WY area

CATC is a nonprofit transportation provider that helps you get from point A to point B affordably in Casper, Evansville, Mills and Bar Nunn, Wyoming. Our mission is to provide low-cost, safe transportation to the general public, including:

  • Elderly men and women
  • Deaf or blind individuals
  • Disabled individuals

When you’re confined to a wheelchair or use a walker to get around, it’s hard to complete day-to-day tasks because driving simply isn't possible. Rely on CATC to help you get around town.

Inclement Weather Advisory

When Casper and the surrounding are under a Winter Storm Warning. The decision to operate the buses or not will be made by 6:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Our first priority is the safety of the passengers, employees and the public at large. Please call 265-1313 for more information.

Get to a doctor’s appointment or to the grocery store using CATC’s reliable bus system. You can stop worrying about arriving late or constantly asking people for rides when you choose our transportation services.

We ensure your destination is just a quick bus ride away in Natrona County. Our drivers will even deviate from their fixed bus routes if you’re registered in our system with special needs.

If you can’t make it to one of our designated bus stops, make use of our door-to-door public transport service. This is provided for the disabled, elderly or disadvantaged. After you register, you can count on our bus drivers to pick you up at your home and take you to your desired destination.

Weekdays, The Bus and CATC run from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Saturday, The Bus Blue, Green, Red, Yellow Routes and CATC buses run from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Neither The Bus Orange or Purple Routes run in Evansville or Mills.

Sundays and holidays, The Bus and CATC are closed.
